1. Architectural Style & Concept
The structure is designed using a sophisticated Indo-Saracenic and Rajputana heritage architectural theme.
It incorporates the grandeur of traditional Rajasthan havelis while serving a modern functional purpose as a sports complex.
The design emphasizes symmetry and grand proportions, consistent with Classical Revival principles.
The entire facade features a Red Sandstone texture, reminiscent of the historic Dholpur or Gwalior stone craftsmanship.
2. Roofline & Structural Elements
The roofline is dominated by large, central Domes (Gumbads) that provide a royal silhouette.
Multiple Decorative Chhatris (Pavilions) are placed strategically at the corners and roof edges to enhance the heritage profile.
Each Chhatri is topped with traditional Finials (Kalash) for architectural authenticity.
The parapet walls are adorned with intricate Jaali (lattice) work and stone carvings.
3. Facade & Window Details (Jharokhas)
The elevation prominently features Jharokhas (overhanging enclosed balconies) supported by ornamental stone brackets.
Windows are designed with a mix of rectangular bases and arched top openings.
The use of multi-layered arches on the facade creates depth and visual interest in the 3D render.
Stone railings with traditional carvings line the balcony areas for both safety and aesthetic appeal.
4. Ground Floor & Entrance
The main entrance features a Grand Porch supported by heavy, carved pillars.
An external staircase is integrated into the side elevation, maintaining the building's massing while providing functional access.
High-ceiling arched openings at the base level create a welcoming and monumental entrance feel.
The plinth is raised and protected by a decorative stone boundary with mini-pavilions.
5. Technical Lighting Design
The project utilizes a specialized Night-Mode rendering to showcase exterior lighting.
Warm rope lights are used inside the arches and Jharokhas to highlight the building's depth.
Focused spotlights are placed to illuminate the domes and pillars, creating a monument-like appearance at night.
Heritage-style Victorian lamp posts are positioned in the foreground to provide ambient site lighting.
6. Landscape & Visualization
The landscape includes manicured green hedges and circular shrubbery to contrast with the red stone.
The 3D model is presented as an 8K cinematic render, highlighting professional-grade textures and reflections.
