  • Project Context: This is a proposed 3D model designed for Mr. Deepak Mehta located in Samastipur, Bihar.

  • Architectural Style: The design features a sophisticated blend of Rajputana and Indo-Saracenic styles, creating a royal heritage haveli aesthetic.

  • Color Palette: The facade utilizes a monochromatic theme of off-white and light beige tones to achieve a clean, premium, and majestic look.

  • Ground Floor Entrance: The main entrance is defined by a large porch featuring traditional multifoil arches (curved arches) supported by slender, carved decorative pillars.

  • Main Entrance Door: A grand wooden door serves as the primary entry point, detailed with traditional gold work or brass fittings.

  • Jharokhas (Hanging Balconies): The first and second floors incorporate ornamental Jharokhas, which are traditional Rajasthani cantilevered balconies.

  • Stone Brackets (Todas): Each Jharokha is supported by heavy, intricately carved stone brackets that add structural character and heritage value.

  • Intricate Jaali Work: The balcony railings and window sections feature stone jaali (lattice) work, a hallmark of traditional Indian architecture.

  • Rooftop Chhatris: The terrace is crowned with two prominent dome-shaped chhatris (elevated pavilions) featuring lotus finials on top.

  • Parapet Detailing: The boundary wall of the terrace is designed with "Kangura" (crenellated) patterns, typical of historic fort and palace architecture.

  • Cornices and Moldings: Horizontal decorative cornices run across the facade, effectively dividing the floors and enhancing the building's scale.

  • Symmetry and Proportion: The elevation follows a highly symmetrical layout, emphasizing classical revival and neoclassical design principles.

  • Wall Niches: The exterior walls include decorative niches (aalas) that provide depth and architectural interest to the flat surfaces.

  • Window Treatments: Windows are topped with curved stone awnings or small chhatris, protecting them while maintaining the heritage theme.

  • Lighting Scheme: The model demonstrates a strategic use of warm exterior up-lighting and interior spot lighting to highlight the intricate stone carvings during the night.

  • Modern-Heritage Integration: While the decorative elements are traditional, the clean lines and smooth plaster finish integrate modern luxury standards.
